Born of passion and evolved of necessity, RT Health Company first opened in 2015 the whimsical town of Elora, Ontario. Founders Rich Wigmore & Taylor Gray dreamed of a space that could facilitate transformation from the inside out, placing high importance on sustainability, alignment, and holistic wellbeing.

They quickly outgrew their 1000 sq ft facility and have since expanded to over 6000 sq ft where they employ and collaborate with industry-best professionals to provide fitness, recovery, and nutrition services.

in 2018 the dream expanded further with the opening of Elora Fitness & Performance centre; a large, open, and bright membership-based fitness facility. With a wide range of state of the art equipment, 24h access, affordable membership options, and a welcoming and supportive environment, their hope is to make health & fitness accessible and alluring.
